i am using my headset and when ever i use it my controller wont work is there a way to stop that the only way i can use it is with a usb cord

I would guess that your headset is the problem (assuming it also uses bluetooth). I would return the headset and get another one that doesn't interfere with the sixaxis signal.



Check online forums and sites to make sure the mic you want will work correctly before buying it.

yea that happens to me sometimes to. The problem is your headset is interfering with your controller. I'd go get a differnt headset

Um, everyone ALWAYS says call of duty 4.... Well, I think call of duty sucks compared to Warhawk...



Cod4 all you can do is shoot guns...



In warhawk, you shoot guns, drive tanks and fire cannons with it, drive jeeps, you can run people over with the jeeps! And you can fly planes, and there are 9 weapons for the planes, ranging in different power! And, it's against real people!



DEFINITELY a great buy, and it's currently one of the most popular, best selling games for PS3.



Highly recommended. Go to the Playstation website and look at the games ps3, and look for warhawk, watch some videos, it's an excellet game!

call of duty 4

yeah i read the yesterday that call of duty 4 is currently the biggest multiplayer game by a whole lot.

call of duty 4 is probably the best game so far. and i agree i played it and had loads of fun, id recommend it too. but i also played rainbow six and unreal turnament 3. RS is a little more slow paced but far more stratigic then eather of these games. its alot of fun when you get used to it. UT3 is way more fast paced and fun but not as much in stratigies. but its alot of fun if you like fast paced reflex shooter type of games. call of duty is the best because its kind of like both semi fast paced with strategie. id say get cod4. but check out what else is out. try websites like gamespot.com or i4g.com

Well I've also preordered for the GTA IV special ed. pack and probably that would be the best online game, but for now try RFOM, Motorstorm, Burnout Paradise, F.E.A.R (if you're into horror shooters) and Blscksite Area 51.

If you have the 20 gb, you use the ethernet cable.



If you have the 40, 60, or 80 gb, you can either do it Wi-Fi or you can use the ethernet cable.



For ethernet cable access, you just plug the ethernet cable to your cable modem. Then go to the PS3's Cross Bar Menu and choose online or something along that line. Then just do the configuration.



For Wi-Fi access, you will need a wireless router or wireless cable modem. Go to the Cross Bar Menu and choose online. Then configure it.

All you really need is Broadband internet. The ps3 already comes with an ethernet port and even built in wifi. Once you first setup your ps3, it will ask you to setup the network settings. It's very fast and easy to do. Shouldn't take you more than 10 mins.

well first of all you need an internet connection duh, but you would need a roughter. wired or wireless ps3s have wireless capabilitys. if you are going to wire it. get a cat5 cable that will reach it. plut the cable modem into the router in the internet port and plug the ps3 into any of the other plugs. and you should be good to go. if you experiance any other problems trouble shoot them. gl. hf.

Yes, bad thing is for us PS3 owners is that we have to wait at least 2 weeks after the 360 ones come out, there is going to be 4 of them and are going to released in April.

Why do i get low signal strength when playing call of duty 4 online on my ps3?

well im playing call of duty 4 online with a router and i keep getting low signal strength which makes me lagg and disconnect. i aslo twitch when playing like a walk forward and back and side to side. ive tried playing by wired but i seem to lagg more. so i need to know is its better to play by a router or wired ( ps3 by the way) thanks

i would say wired is better just a little bit of an inconvenience. i suggest having at least 3meg dsl for online gaming and alot of things come into play with wireless. your router might be failing or you might need a better one. if you need a better one go to newegg.com. they have the lowest prices i have seen. it is very likely that some of the lagging is your internet

Wired is a little better. However, the reason you may lag is because you may be connecting to a server with players from far away.
