Blue Tooth Laptop and PS3?

May be...

My new laptop has blue tooth. I have a PS3. Can I use the blue tooth in the laptop to transfer files to the PS3? What else is the blue tooth good for? Also have a blue tooth phone and headset. I really like the IDEA of bluetooth, but I cant seem to find any good uses for it.

You could actually transfer files from your laptop to your PS3 over the wireless internet. As for bluetooth, Im not sure that you could do that.



Bluetooth is useful mostly for voice data and not much else. A better alternative, although not very popular for data transmission is Zigbee.
