Do you think they'll port GTA IV to PS2??

I reallyyyy want them to. I doubt they will though because its getting to that point where they're gonna stop making PS2 games so they can sell more PS3's.

Nah, I seriously doubt it. GTA4 couldn't run on the PS2 and Rockstar games would have to downscale the game tremendously just to make it possible.



The Playstation 2 has already been out for nearly 8 years.... PS2 games aren't going to be made forever and eventually PS2 games will not be made anymore. There are still PS2 games coming out, but all of the good games are coming out on the PS3.



If developers kept making the big games like GTA4 for the PS2, people that have PS2's wouldn't have any reason to get a PS3.

No, that just doesn't make much sense. The graphics engine was designed for next-gen consoles.

As previously stated, it can't happen. They'd have to re-do a whole new engine just to run it on the PS2... It wouldn't work.



It's also coming to the 360 though. So if you have one you could just buy it for that instead.

They will never do that....ps2 was the past...now we r moving on and now since that 360 and ps3 r killing in selling they will not make a new one...it is pointless....yeah they might make more money but if they dont release it for the ps2 then people that want the game that have ps2's will end up buying a 360 or ps3 and then there sales will go up because the games cost more....it is all about the money they get for the game....but it will be an awsome game!!!!!!!
