Will there be an 80 gigabyte Playstaion 3 model in Australia?

I am still deciding whether or not I want a PS3. Currently I can only buy a 40 gig model (which can't play PS2 games, which I have alot of!). I heard rumors of an 80 gig model being attached to a bundle pack with MGS4 but I don't know if it's coming to Australia. Are these rumors true?

PAL regions are not getting 80GB version (at least in the near future). MGS4 80GB pack is for NTSC regions only.

Right now they are saying "No"



40GB only for the foreseeable future.

maybe sony are not sure, i hope we do i wold love more space AND i would get to play my ps2 and 1 games!
