Rockband fender Stratocaster (ps3)?

i cant put the guitar strap on my guitar. The screw that you are supposed to take out at the bottom of the guitar to put the strap on wont come off. the other screw comes off but the bottom one is the one with problems.i keep trying to unscrew it and it wont. should i take everythin back to where i bought it and ask for a new one or shouls i send it to the makers

actually you're not to supposed to unscrew the caps. on each side of the strap is a little slit that you put OVER the screw without unscrewing it.

You shouldn't have to unscrew anything to put the strap on. There should be enough of an opening in the strap to fit over the knob. It's a tight fit, so you may have to use some elbow grease. This is how real guitar straps work too.
