If I buy a 40gb ps3?

what else should i buy that anyone recommends besides games. any accessory i should keep in mind? and does the 40gb come with only one contoller and is it the newest one? also y when i go to the gamestop website the used 20gb is more expensive than the used 40gb? just wondering

Buying accesories for the PS3 is up to you. The only thing I would recommend is another controller (dualshock 3). Other thing you may want to consider is a fan kit (if you want to play over 10 hours straight without letting your system cool down), a case (if you going to travel with it), and thats about it.



As for controller, im fairly sure the 40gb comes with the older sixaxis controller but in a month there will be new packages out with the newer dualshock 3 controller.



The used 20gb is more expensive than the used 40gb because when it came out it was $100 more, and it comes with pretty much a built in ps2 to play ps2 games. The 40gb cannot play any ps2 games.

the used 20 gig is backwards capable to my knowledge, so that could be why.



the only thing you will have to buy is the new dual shock controller, and maybe an intercooler, but the PS3 isnt known for overheating. i have one, but thats cuz i dont have a/c where i live. other than that maybe the playstation eye.

Dont get the 20gb! O.k., here i bought the 40gb and got the dualshock 3 controller which is like 50 or 60 bucks. Also people complain about not beign able to play ps2 games on the ps3, but what did you buy the system for- ps2 games or nex-gen blu ray movie and game player?

29 g is rare and hard to find if u dont want u r ps3 to break in 1 year get the cooling systeam for 60 $ and get the blue tooth headset and call of duty 4 or rainbow six2 it the best games out and it amkes ur gamply so good

DONT BUY A PS3. omg, i bought a brand new 40 gb ps3 and b4 i was decipering if i shpld get that or the 360. like 2 and a half months after i got it it broke. and everyone else has a 360 so u can talk to ur freinds.DONT BUY A PS3
