Need Electronics help!??

Yesterday I was playing GTA IV on my PS3 80gb and all of a sudden it froze. Ok so I restarted it and then it didn't locate the game. I took it out then put it back in and then it worked, or so I thought. It then said there was an error when I selected the game. So I put another game in and the same thing happened, but the game had gotten further into the intro than with GTA. So I restarted it again, but to no avail. I tried playing a demo I downloaded and it worked so I thought it was the laser. So I researched the internet and people were talking about restarting it so I restarted it one last time. AND IT STARTED WORKING!. It still works now but should I be concerned??

no, but GTA4 is experincing a freezing problem, search on google, many pples gta 4 is freezing, So i dont think you should be concerned
