Give me a hand with beating Crying Wolf [MGS4]?

I've been having some trouble.

What i did is when it started out I hid under the truck and waited. I got a sniper rifle and had the solid eye on night vision. When i saw her, i shot her to piss her off and when she got out to try and shoot, i aimed for the head and killed her in 4 shots.
