I like all of them to be honest but the best game above is Burnout Paradise. When GranTurismo5 comes out (prologue is not the full game) it will be the best!

I have to say Grand Theft Auto 4 is the best. True, it isn't really a racer, but driving around is a lot of fun and the physics are decent. I did enjoy Burnout Paradise, but it's rather lifeless in comparison now. Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is the most realistic, though it's only a sample of the game to come.

In my personal opinion, it's Burnout Revenge on the PS2, but thats just me and I havent got a PS3 or anything else better than a PS2 (yet =P). Judging by the previews and screenshots, I would say that Gran Turismo 5 (when the full version comes out) will be the best ever.
