To be honest i wouldnt even call GTA4 one of the best games for the PS3. Personally, other then MGS4 i think the best game is Battlefield: Bad Company for playing ONLINE. The campaign isn't very fun but online is amazing in my opinion.

fifa 08 is good online only but if I were you I would wait for fifa
