PS3 Help?!?!?

May be...

Before when i hit the PS button on the controller it would bring me to a black screen that would say "quit game" "controller settings" etc.. and show which controller port it was connected to and how much battery life was left..



now all of a sudden when i hit the PS Button it brings me to a black screen that is excactly like the home screen(except black) but has the option to "quit game" and "return to game"



how do i switch it back?

did i accidentatly change a setting?

Yes. This comes with the update. You can access the Menu Bar directly from the PS3 now. If you want to go on to the black settings screen, just hold down the PS Button

Hold down the ps button till the quit game comes up. Just tap the ps button to go to the home screen. If you get to the homescreen during a game, just tap the ps button. I had the same problem at first.

Its probably the buggy 2.40 software you should download the new 2.41 software. And yeah thats a new feature, in-game XMB. You should also have trophies.
