Do you really need a high capacity hard disk on a ps3?

May be...
  • Well if you are going to put a lot(like a lot) of songs, videos, demos, pictures then mabey yes, + gamesaves can take up a few GBs,
  • You really don't have to.

But if you want to store a lot of things you can upgrade the hard drive.

And also if you have games that take up a lot of installing space.

But if you are gonna upgrade don't go to the highest space available cause that would be kind of a waste of money.
  • It all depends on what you are using it for. If you want to be downloading lots of shows, movies, ripping music, etc. you will need a large hard drive. But, if you are just going to be playing games and maybe a little ripping music here and there then you will be fine with a lower capacity.
  • It's impossible to answer this because it really depends on your usage. You can always upgrade the disk to a larger one at a later date, if it proves to be too small for your needs.
  • nah but its good to have alot
  • nope u dont have too but if u want u can have
