Does it matter to you if the PS3 has BC or not ?

My PS3 has BC and I love it because it gives me more games to play ! I have about 40 PS2 titles and I still play them all so for me BC was very important. I still have PS2 games that I've yet to finish so to be able to play those games in addition to my PS3 games is awesome !

Yes it does matter to me. I don't like having to hook up two different consoles just to play all my games.



I love my PS2, and my PS3 but one of the things that drew me to the PS3 wasn't just the new games, but the fact I could replace my very older PS2. The PS2 has had some of the best games ever created, and it's annoying that Sony screwed us.

yes because if i want to get more classic games, i don't want to depend on my very old ps2 to play them. having a ps3 with BC will gerrenty that i will have dependable console to play them on.

I could care less if it's backward compatible or not. I traded in my old PS2 Slimline and about 15 games when I bought my 40gig PS3 (now upgraded to 250gig) and have never regretted it.

For me it does, 'cuz my ps2 laser died on me. Had my ps3 not been able to play my ps2 games, I would have had to sell them!

yes because i have a bunch of really fun ps2 games (Black, Mercenaries, Need For Speed, etc).
