How many gigs does my ps3 have or how do i find out

May be...
  • go to system settings under settings then scroll down to system information then youll see how many gigs you have
  • Go to your system information. The only reason you should do this is when you first start up your console you start off with 5GB less than what the console says. For example you have a 80GB then you would start with 75GB. I have a 60GB and my ps3 had 55GB when I look it up before putting anything on the console. All you do is under the XMB go to your settings and then system information you should see something with Gb used/available
  • you could do what that guy said or here is a quicker way.

assuming you bought in between last year. if you bought it for 400 then you have the 40 gb. if you bought it for 500 then you have the 80 gb
  • I just came across a site that sends you a Playstation 3 for free! I'm ordering mine right now.
