How many hours does it take to beat Final Fantasy 7?

I haven't played this game more than the first few hours, I got to the bike scene. Just wondering how long it plays for before I get my new big screen to finish the game.

it takes about 20 hours maybe. but if you do all the extra level up and everything which i recommend, you can rack up 50-70+ hours. ya its long

depends if you want to do the game fully or just the story line and skip all the awesome extras but with a little of each for me it was around 40 hours be prepared to play it for longer though
