My ps3 quite reading disks what do i do?

i went to put a disks in and it wont read it it just shows the lil thinking circle or w\e in the top right corner dont know what to do doesnt read games cd or movies should i do a system restore or what number do i call for sony

try i system restore then call sony. im sure u could find the number on playstation.com
