Are there any problems with the 2,43 software update for PS3 (60GB)?

maybe because you update your ps3 even if it is not japanese version ? if you will look and read news on google news it says there that ps3 update is useless it will not add or improve functionality for ps3 it is only dedicated for japanese version to improve their ps3 language use by the way what is the problem of your ps3?

It's isn't known yet exactly since the update has only be out for a few hours, but the update isn't even necessary unless you have a Japanese console and use the Japanese PlayStation Store (in other words have Japan as the home country on your account). So I wouldn't worry about it, after the problems with the previous update I'm sure they have tested this update thoroughly to make sure it will work on all consoles.

This update is necessary for Japanese gamers only. The rest of the world can update their PS3s too, but it won't do a thing.
