Can you put subtitles in video games? (ps3)?

i just finished MGS4!!!!!! wow a game that i will never forget. epic just pure epic.



well to my question. well when playing MGS4 it was hard to understand what people were saying because of my crappy tv's speakers. so i was wondering for future reference, if i can turn on subtitles when playing video games

If you go to the options menu for MGS4, you can find the option to turn on subtitles.

Most of the modern games have subtitles in cut-scenes. You can toggle this on/off in game's menu. MGS4 has subtitles, that's for sure, cuz I played it with subtitles on.

Most games you can under options. Go to the options menu on MGS4 and choose the subtitles to be on.

The game has the option in it...ur right, its hard to figure out what theyre saying...but the subtitle will definitely help.
