After that you can either copy the episodes to a USB drive or, depending on the model you have, SD, compact flash or memory stick. Whatever storage device you use, you need to make a folder named PS3, and inside that, a folder named VIDEO. Put the files in the VIDEO folder. Then put it in the PS3 and copy it from the card.
An easier way to do it is to stream the file from your pc directly to the PS3. You have to have a home network set up, with a media server on your pc to do this. TVersity is a great media server for the PS3 that's easy to use and free. Once you're streaming you can copy to the PS3 or just leave the videos on your pc. This will work for all your music, videos and photos.
Uploading copyrighted videos to YouTube is illegal, so I can't help you with any of that.
