MY PS3 IS HAUNTED O.O....?

ok short and simple...my ps3 shuts off out of nowhere...at first i thot it shuts off wen u play it to much wich my dad does but then it started happening to me like 10 mins after i turn on muh ps3...like ill be playing or watching a movie or somthing and it will just shut off...tyhen i thot it was the power but the lamp and other electronic things in my room are still on..plus the ps3 little red light is blinking and it makes 3 beeps...i have no clue y it does that and just recently i downloaded the littlebigplanet trailer of the PSN.. and i clicked on it t watch...and not even half way through it does it...then i try again...and it does it again but sooner in the vid..do i feel the ps3 to see if its hot..(idk if thats even a way to check..thats just how everyone has done it since ps1) and it wasnt hot...so i keep trying..and it keeps shutting off sooner in the vid...then i try one last time...and i dont play the vid...and it stays on....then right wen i click the vid after like 20 mins...it shuts ff as if it was waiting for me to do that....so yah i just shut it off and am now waiting...for it to cool down...i guess...plz if this is happening to anyone plz help and tell me how to fix it or slow it down...

Sounds like its overheating, Make sure U dont cover the air vents on the right and I keep mine standing on its left side(thers little rubber pads look carefully) that way heat escapes easily.

Sounds like a hardware issue. Kinda like the xbox360's. i would most definitely send it in. but thats what the 360s did and im betting thats what it is.

Is it overheating? Make sure it has 10cm gap around for proper ventilation. Put it in horizontal position. If it's not overheating - contact Sony.

Is your ps3 hot? It shuts off after it reaches a critical temperature.

Call SONY, they are the pros.
