Everything is zoomed in for my PS3...HELP!?

May be...

Last night I was playing my ps3. then i left the room for about 5 mins. I came back and the front menu (were you select everything) was zoomed in, about 30% of the screen is not showing...i cant play any games because it is zoomed in and i cant see. I tried everthing, Display Setting wouldnt work, turing the system off then holding it so it beeped twice wouldnt work, I dont know if i should call Playstation and ask them or what? I have a Flat screen HDTV and i hooked up my PS3 with Component AV cables. I really need help! HELP!

before turning it on press and hold the on button on the console until it sounds 3 times then it will go back to normal settings.
