You got a PS3 game before you got a PS3? Funny. I did the same thing with the 360. Got the games before I got my 360 because GS screwed me.

As most others said LittleBigPlanet, Resistance 2, Uncharted, & Motorstorm Pacific Rift. If you like sports games i say NBA 2k9, or MLB 08 the show(greatest sports game ever, by far). Killzone is coming out in Febuary. Some multi-platform ones: Dead Space, Mirrors Edge, COD4 and Fallout 3. OH!!! And METAL GEAR SOLID 4, trust me, get MSG4 first. You won't regret it.

Call of Duty 4 is amazing.

Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 is great, but can't compare to Cod4.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is a great action game (not fps.)

Sid Meiers Civilization is a fun, nonviolent world domination game.

Having Internet is vital for maximum fun.

get gta 4 call of duty 4 and call of duty world at war get internet connection for demos and trailers definetly madden 09 quake wars mercenaries 2 saints row 2 guitar hero rockband little big planet metal gear solid 4 dead space tom clancy's endwar and socom confrontation well thats all i can think of hope my answer helps
