For a headset, I've heard the Socom Confrontation bundle has a pretty nice one. The headset is worth around $50, but supposedly, Blockbuster has the bundle for $44.99. Call your blockbuster and check it out.



For a controller, Radioshack has the Dualshock 3 for $30 on Black Friday. The original price is $55.



Gamestop is selling the PS3 Eye for $40 and a very nice wireless keypad for $50, though I think these are pretty expensive. I notice the Eye on Amazon's lightning deals once in awhile, but that's online..

Try a site like Amazon or eBay otherwise you will pay the standard prices for the PlayStation headset, PlayStation Eye, and the DualShock 3 controller. The keyboard however can be any USB based keyboard since there is no official keyboard for PlayStation and if you are really wanting things cheaper any standard USB webcam can be used as a headset device and basic webcam functions like chatting but the PlayStation Eye functions in games and use of the EyeCreate software will not be possible.
