Yes, and it's really easy, too. It HAS to be a wired connection though. It doesn't support wireless. All you have to do is plug an ethernet cable into your modem/router and PlayStation 2. Then go to a game of some sort where you can play online and click on "online" as if you were going to play a live game. Then it will automatically bring you through the steps for setup.
