Experts on GTA IV !!! How do i get the Francis Funeral mission back ?

Packie had phoned me for the funeral and then Kate who i was suppose to meet but ended up doing another mission and now i still havent had a phonecall for the undertaker mission, will this muck up the story? (dont tell me how it ends please) Is there anyway to get this mission back? Kate isnt answering her phone now :S
