I Sent my playstation 3 in to sony.?

my ps3 broke a 3 on april 9th so i sent it in on april 10th. i gave it to a nearby office depot and they sent it out to sony all the way in laredo texas. any ideas how long it will take for me to get the replacement? and one more thing. the replacement i get... is it mine or do i get my other one back?

mine took 4 days from the time I sent it till I got the replacement back. It actually depends how busy the service center is. If it is for repair, it may take 2wks to 1 month. But for replacement, 2 weeks should be the longest waiting period.

Refurbished isn't bad because those are units that have been restored to a brand new condition. They didn't just repair it but overhauled and polished it like a brand new one.

It depends if it's a major problem or not. If you get a new one it will be a refurbished unit. It will probably take a month.

I had mine back in under 2weeks.
