My PS2 controller doesn't work?

May be...

So I have this PS2 controller.. the first game I played was Medal of Honour Frontline and I finished the game. Later I played Smackdown vs Raw 2009 and it worked too. But now when I connect the same controller in Medal of Honour Frontline it doesn't work.. it says controller isn't connected in port 1... i connected to both ports but not working....



Who cares about that because I finished the game

but for Medal of Honour Rising Sun it says controller isn't connected too....

check the prongs on the controller their should be 9 prongs if their is one missing its scrap that odd my friend has a ps2 and he plays smack down vs raw 207 and on his controller he is missing a prong and i tolled him it was scrap but then he play the game and it worked fine i guess certain game take so many prongs odd cus i wanted to play two player on battle front2 and it would not work weird
