Playing Online on PS3?

I already asked this question but it didnt get answered the way i wanted, ive been trying to play battlefield bad company online but it keeps saying that i lost connection to the game, its not the speed of my internet or anything like that cuz i tried putting in another game and i could play it online, can the actual game disk affect if you can play online, like if its messed up could it stop me from playing online? if not does anyone kno whats goin on cuz i really wanna play, please answer, thanks

i kind of avoided this questionh last time because i didn't know but yeah its the disc if like you said its the only one to not work so get a new disc and if you are having further troubles call sony at 1 800 345 7669

I had problems with my PS3 cutting out before I upgraded my internet. But as you say I did have serious problems with bad company cutting out and lagging badly although my friends have little or no problems with it. Looks like you and me are in the same boat.
