Can you upgrade the Playstation 3's RAM?

I would assume that since the HDD upgradeable that the RAM would be also !

The only upgradeable component on the PS3 is the HDD ! The RAM isn't upgradeable !

There is no point in upgrading the RAM of your PS3....

The companies like EA ..

will already know how much RAM a NORMAL PS3 has and make games acc to that....

you will only having the one with The Upgraded RAM wASTED just inside your PS3 ..

and by doing that you lose your warranty..

And if you end up with the Yellow Light Of Death Sony wont help you for free

No you can't upgrade the RAM on the PS3.



Its a shame too since it could use some more.

If such a thing is done,it is considered as hacking, and thus, against the law.
