then hes like oh well they Square enix doesnt know how to compress it right, and that 360 can cut into parts the demo.
know hes like oh well i can overclock my pc and stuff blah ..
what can i say in defense he just keeps thinking that pc's are perfect and stuf its really annoying.
Yes you can do all these with a PC but can you do it all with a $399 PC? No, a decent graphics card costs at least $150... just for a decent one.
Can he rent PC games??? No of course not. I get a free game rental every month from Blockbuster.
Anyways neither of you are going to win an argument like this so you mise well agree to disagree.
however, gaming consoles are designed with one purpose and they do that purpose well... and are considerably much cheaper than a custom gaming PC...
but game consoles (unless modified) can only play proprietary games made for that system, and have to pay (a high price) for all games run on them... on the other hand, PCs can run just about any software, including emulators for some older consoles
it all comes down to preference... my wife prefers to play her wow on PC while i prefer console gaming...
I was always thinking that consoles were very boring and that the graphics were ugly and that this was only for dumb people. But now I love it ALOT! PS3s are amazing!
What you can say in defence is that the PS3's optimisation for games is better: games have great graphics even if the PS3 only has a half-gb of RAM. And the PS3 doesn't crash as often as a computer and it takes way less time to start than Windows.
And finally, that the PS3 has some cool games that aren't even available for PC (uncharted drake's fortune and metal gear solid 4 for example).
Some other thing you can say is that a PS3 can play the same games as a PC and that you do not need to upgrade it often and that it costs way less than a gaming PC.
