Why do people think 360 better than ps3?

May be...

i mean i have both and i just love the ps3 more. i like the 360 but ps3 is better and i wanna know why people think that 360 is better

my reasons for ps3 being better are

better graphics(this is becuz ps3 has blue ray)

blue ray

free interent

internet browser

sixaxis controller

sleek deisign

good game( i know 360 has more)

playstation home( virtual ps3 home/life)



...NOW the wii is an awful consol. i dont know why people say its better than 360 and ps3 but some one just tell me why 360 is better. and if you can tell me why people think wii is better than both ps3 and 360

My reasons for liking the 360 more are

1. No HD disc format driving up the cost of the console

2. XBOX Live is superior to the PSN

3. no gimmicky motion control

4. it just looks better

5. awesome games

6. exclusive content

7. early access to loads of things like demos and DLC



People who like the wii aren't gamers, so they like all the casual garbage on the system which is why they think it's better then the 360 or PS3.

matter of opinion, since xbox is cheaper and came out first more people have it. This means that whatever system a person owns they will most likely say it is better then the competition even if they haven't played the competition. I know for a fact that ps3 is better then the 360. I know this because I have owned and experienced for myself the 360. I got it right when it came out, after I was done with original xbox. When I got a ps3 with its free wifi and psn I was blown away. I was able to compare both console and see which one I liked best. The ps3 does it for me hands down. Anyone who says one is better then the other without first experiencing the other brand doesn't know what their talking about.

Xbox Live Marketplace trumps PSN Store: layout differences aside, Live Marketplace has a greater selection, more frequent releases, and gets multi-platorm games before PSN.



Less expensive.



Microsoft did not remove backwards-compatibility from newer models.



No 'update hell': when a 360 game requires an update, it generally takes less than a minute. Booting up a PS3 game for the first time can lead to enough time to make a sandwich or watch a TV show.



More interesting exclusive games: the Halo series, Gears of War series, current Dance Dance Revolution games, Dead Rising, Fable II, Viva Pinata series...



Integration with a Windows home network.



Integration with Netflix.



Removable hard drive: just the thing for taking your Rock Band 2 DLC to a friend's house.



Cross-platform capability: not many 360 games can be played online with PC brethren so far, but it's an interesting feature.





The PS3 certainly has good points, especially if you care about Blu-Ray, and some great exclusives (LBP!), but I've never regretted choosing a 360.

These people hate the ps3 for 3 reasons:

1.They can't afford ps3

2.The ps3 games are harder for them because Xbox games are for kids.

3.They claim xbox360 is better because they can't have a ps3 ,they can't admit that ps3 is better because they would feel bad about themselves.

also one thing to add, how can they say that xbox360 has better graphics when they know that ps3 has 550 Mhz gpu and xbox has 500 Mhz? The ps3 has blu-ray(up to 50GB) which gives games more detail than dvd (8 dvd).

first of all wii is the best seller worldwide

and second of all

people dont go online and spam up the servers

its not that simple or let alone even possible

its not one basic system to where they can just do that

and ps3 has a higher percent of better games

A false sense of patriotism in America in alot of cases

it has halo which has been a very big seller

and seeing as tho halo and gears have had such success and altho games havnt they say the console is better cus those 2 games have sold better

Yes the PS3 may have free internet. BUT that means any old idiot can log on and spam up the server. Now XBOX Live doesnt have as many of those because nobody has 7 bucks a month to spend just so they can bea pain in the ***. Yes PS3 Has a few good games Like Metal Gear Solid, but for the most part all the games are shared by both consoles. Playstation home is basically the same idea as Xbox Dashboard.
