HELP! I'm being kicked out of online games because my PING number is too high!!?

How do I lower it? Why does PING has to do with online gaming! I want to game!



This happens on every PC game I play, no problems on consoles. Everyone gets kicked

If ur ping is too high it means you're taking a longer time than usual to connect and communicate with the game server... this can cause a lot of problems in game play, most notably the "lag" that you get... but there are other problems that arise from high ping. Simply put, your connection to the internet is too slow and you time out when trying to communicate with the game server. Try not to have too many devices online at the same time if you have a wireless network or contact your ISP to get a higher bandwidth.
