PS3 Help!!!?

i want to perform a finesse move and a power move. i have selected a d lineman to use and i want to know what button to press to do each of these.

You know the case you got your game in when you bought it, well open that and you will find a book. Open that and read through it as it will tell you how to preform all the moves that you need for the game. Or go and play a single match, you vs 2 player, so you control the 2nd team and just muck about until you get tha hang of it.

naming the game helps alot.
