can someone write like a format or sumthing?
and if not, should i start just describing the situation, or would it be better to write that theyre products are good (like complementing them)? if someone could help me out, that would be great!!
Dear Sony,
Hello, I'm not writing this to complain, but to give you a thank you. Three weeks ago, I left my PS1, PS2 and PS3 in the basement. But then my house flooded, so I let the consoles dry, and to my surprise, THEY WORKED. So I'm really thankful, and grateful that you guys make such quality products. I can trust you guys with the PS3 and such.
This is probably the best thing that ever happened. ALL three consoles were flooded with my house, but they still worked like brand new. Thank you for making such good products, and keep up the good work.
Sincerely, *your name here.*
I would write a letter like this:
Dear Sony,
I have always been a loyal customer to you and wil be for a long time. The other day, my basement flooded and my Playstations 1,2, and 3 all were soaked. After letting them dry out, they still worked. You officially make an awesome product and will continue to buy your stuff in the future. Playstation RULES and Xbox Sucks!!
Sincerely,
<insert name>
PS: for showing some love can you hook me up with a free Dualshock 3 controller, game, ect?
<insert address for shipping free stuff here>
LOL that is what I would write. Also, post this on the official message boards b/c the big bosses read the posts.
