Kingdom Hearts PS2 video game question?

Is Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix a continuation of Kingdom Hearts 2? If it is, is it out yet? I would like to get the game in English, not Japanese.

Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix doesn't continue Kingdom Hearts 2,but is shows some secret videos that are not shown at KH2.There are also add up(more stages,more abilities,more keyblades,more forms,etc).Unluckily,is has been released only in Japan(meaning in Japanese only,too)And there is 95% possibility that it won't be on English,or outside Japan.

I'm sorry,too! :(

It's not a continuation. It has more features than the original kingdom hearts 2 and more cut scenes. Check the internet for the release date.

final mix is the same game with a few more cut scenes, but sadly it is only available in japan :(

and they are not intending on releasing it over here :(

Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix + is an extended version of Kingdom Hearts 2, not a continuation, made EXCLUSIVELY for Japan. it has been out in JAPAN for some time, but even if you got a copy, you can only play it on a Japanese PS2 or a modded PS2.
