PlayStation 1 trouble?

May be...
  • I have a playstation 1 and I dont know how to plug it in. I have the cord that has the yellow red and white end that plugs in the tv and the plug that turns on the ps1. but it still isnt working. thereare two other plug slotsd in the ps1. one says parallell I/0 above it the other says serial I/0. am i missing a cord or something?
  • To expand on Debian's answer (if you're as tech-savvy as I am -not a lot) my tv has settings for different input types, antenna, cable, auxilliary, etc. Auxilliary is probably the setting you want to use, but it depends on what the plugs are labeled on the back of your tv.
  • Those two cords should be all you need. I think the issue is with your TV. Some sets have to be set to the correct input setting or a specific channel to display from an external device.
  • your not missing a cord make sure the tv is set to the inputs you have the wires connected to.
