PS3's Chrome trim question?

May be...

For all those who have PS3s with chrome trims (in 40, 60 or 80 GB is fine, they're the same...), have you been grounded (I mean the thing when you're like electrocuted) in the chrome trim of the PS3? Thanks for the experience!

The Chrome tip is plastic, but i have and it happens every time i try to manually shut the PS3 off. So i just use the PS button on the controller. On a side note, my slim PS2 also shocks me whenever I touch it.
