Is Solid Snake with the PMC's?
May be...
NO, when he is inserted into the middle east he acts as one of the militia. Sometimes you see him wearing a militia coat with the hood up.
In actual fact you play for neither the PMCs or the milita. If you come across them you can choose who to help in exchange for specific rewards. no he is in the middle of a war between the PMC's and the other guys, you help out any side you want which in the long run will give you benifits through out the game no, its kind of confusing, he is actually in mid-war with the PMC's its kinda easy to figure out as you get used to it
