Is there any good driving games for the PS3 where you can just drive around like free drive?

burnout paradise and gta IV

NFS Carbon has a city of its own ( great 4 a free drive) while you can do some racing too / or you could go 4 burn out paradise good for a free drive.

GTA allows you to do that, plus you can run over pedestrians.
