i found a motorola h350 in my dad's car and i was doing research on it and it said that it has interference with controller causing it to frezze and require a system restart do you think thats true and i use it and when i put it in mmy ear there a little sound like a eeerrrrrrr sound it that normal and by the way i havn't charge it yet please answer and thak you if you do answer

Some headsets do cause interference, and do make a lot of noise. Try to sit close to the ps3 when you're using the headset. You can always go to the "start new chat" and test it there.

It's really strange!
