Can you transfer music from your PS3 to your mp3 player or the other way around?

May be...
  • I would say yes and no depending on your player. Any newer MP3 player should be fine. Unfortunately, some MP3 players will not accept certain formats. I have about 15 gigs of music on my PS3 and and when i went to copy songs over for my sister, some songs would not work so the MP3 player (Creative Zen 2 gig) would just skip to the next song. These songs were the kind listed as AAC. Anything listed as MP3 worked fine and all you had to do was go to the music and copy.

    Hope that helps a bit.
  • Yes you can just get a cable to connect it to your mp3 or connect your mp3 to your usb port of the ps3 by pluggin it in. And music isn't the only thing you can transfer you can transfer videos from your psp (recommended) as its the same format, and photos from any removable device
  • if you just complete a few quick tasks on this site they'll send you a playstation 3, completely free of charge!!
