If I buy a PS3 in the U.S. and use it with a voltage converter in
Europe, can I still use Playstation Network?
May be...
The questions says it all. There are many benefits of Playstation Network, such as trying the game demos in advance or even purchasing and installing the whole game et cetera. And obviously it is the venue for multi and massive player gaming.
When I take my U.S. PS3 to Europe and get connected to the Internet, first of all am I going to be able to log in to my Playstation account? Even if I log in to my account, am I going to continue benefiting the feautres I mentioned above?
Thanks so much!
PS. Please indicate if you have first hand experienceYou can create as many accounts as you like. I.e. You can have a US one and a European one (and a Japanese one too if you like). A fair few people do so they can pick up demos, etc early.
It wont stop you trying to access a US account in Europe if that's your concern.
P.s. Sony knows people do this and doesn't seem concerned.
