What kind of harddrive do you buy to upgrade a ps3??

And can someone list a link to a website that sells a harddrive that has a good amount of memory for a great price?? Also what is a good amount of gb's, about how much do installs, games, and demos take up because i want extra space for songs and videos and dont want to feel nervous about being short for space, but I dont need like 200gb??
