When is Home for ps3 being released?

This new feature for the ps3 postponed a bunch of times and I just want to know when is it going to be available and not the beta because I know that one is available this September 2008.

I have no idea where these people are getting their "information"; the open beta is coming November 2008.

It's said to be released late this year (christmas time) or early next year (February)
