Yeah MGS4. It has tons of blood in it, as well as a bunch of perverted material such as the B&B unit stripping down and it gives you a bunch of breast and cooch shots. COD just has mild violence, some blood spatter nothing big though, and Creed has some brutal stuff in it violence wise, but it doesn't have the perverted crap that MGS4 has.

MGS4 definitely. It has some weird stuff and violent as well. People getting crushed, plus all stabbings from Raiden vs Vamp. Plus, you can see up Naomi's skirt and you stare at her boobs a few times.
