Is it true that we're gonna have to pay for playstation network on ps3?

hey guys I heard that for the ps3, that sony is gonna start putting a price tag on it starting next year. That true?

NO! Its a rumor started by an xbox 360 fanboy to get people to buy an xbox becasue sony is making online cost money too. But its NOT TRUE!!!! The free online is one of the main reasons im buying a ps3 instead of an xbox 360. So the reason sony is getting many sales is becasue you dont have to pay for online gameplay! So the rumor is not true.

Nope. The price is high enough. Its like £300 cos its got free psn with it i guess. well not of that obviously. xbox360 prices wud suck on the ps3 id complain

well, sony might put up a problem-free premium server but I'm sure they will retain the free server.
