lol, didn't I give you that link in the last question? But anways, yea, the 160GB sucks, its just the 40GB insides with a hard drive 4 times its size. The 80GB with backwards capability is better if you want to play PS2 games, but if you just want to play PS3 games and want to save a bunch of music, video's, and/or pics then you can get the 160GB. But yet Y spend that much and you can get the MGS4 bundle for the same price and to get more space buy a portiable hard drive (I have 500GB) and save your stuff on there, and take it around and plug it into other people PS3's, or into PC and get stuff off of there and put into your PS3 later. So personally, I say get the 80GB that has backwards capability and get a portiable hard drive to save you all the trouble. O yea it doesn't have card readers, forgot to add that 2. And Pain comes with the 80GB in the MGS4 bundle, you have to download off a Blu-Ray Disc

its the same thing as the 80 GIG. unless you got the first 80 gig ps3 that came out long time ago with backwards compatibility. but the new 80 gig ps3 that is $399 is the exactly the same as the 160 Gig except the hard drive space. it still has no backwards compatibility, and only 2 USB ports. oh and the 160 gig ps3 comes with a dual shock 3 controller, and uncharted drakes fortune and pain.(i have no idea what pain) and the 80 gig ps3 only comes with a controller. i know this because it was in a gameinformer magazine. trust me

No all the ps3 suck.

Sony is only making them so they can get mroe money.It's doing stupid games like killzone 2 which sucks.

Yeah it used to be but the new one is (80gb) is the same price as the original (40gb) ps3 for double the memory meaning that it has the same features. So the 160gb is the best out so far. However the 60gb is the best of all of them.

Eeek! I was planning to buy another PS3 for the family room and I NEED it to have PS2 compatibility, flash card readers, and 4 USB ports. There is NO PS3 in production that has that! I'm actually having a bit of a panic attack right now. WHY is Sony doing this?

it lacks soooo much stuff. forget it, just go to walmart spend 80$ and get an external 320 Gigs for your PS3. then just hook it up to the ps3 and presto!! youl have 400 gigabytes of awesome gaming power

I could be wrong about this but im possitive that the 160 gig has been discontinued the only one you can buy is the 80 gig
