Tales of the abyss on ps3?
May be...
can this be played on ps3 even though it's a ps2 game? is there a certain type of ps3 it can be played on? like does the ps3 need to have 80g or 40g or whatever? The only PS3's that play PS2 games are the 20gb, 60gb, and the Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle 80gb. All of these models are currently out of production. You can find a used one on Ebay. The 40gb and the current 80gb and 160gb models are NOT backwards compatible. Backwards compatibility is a dead issue with the PS3 as far as Sony is concerned. They have lost too much money fitting PS3 machines with emotion software and PS2 emulators. The old 80gb or 60gb PS3 could play it, but they don't make them anymore. You can't buy a PS3 that plays ps2 games anymore. You could try to find a 60gb for sell by someone if you really want to play that game on the PS3.
