Broken Ps3 Question .......?

My mother one night last week threw my PS3 on the hard tiled floor and now when I turn it on I get a blank screen with no load up screen or nothing , or a green matrix like screen ,I have no warranty but if I send it to Sony do you think I could pay them to fix it or are there other shops that can fix PS3s any insit will be apprieciated thanks...

you could send it to sony and they will charge you $150.

is your system still under warranty? sony has a a one year warranty.
