Play Station 3 with a standard television?

Better than ps2 graphics?



I am thinking of buying this television....http://www.dse.com.au/cgi-bin/dse.storef... it worth getting?

PS3 will still look awesome on a standard-def TV. The text might be a bit on the small side, but it's not unreadable. Don't bother with Blu-ray on a standard-def display though...you can't see a difference from DVD.



If you ever do get a HDTV, let me assure you the PS3 will look incredible beyond your expectations.

my ps3 is on a std tv and it still looks FREAKING AMAZING unless u need to get a new tv because your old one is broken or to small a std tv is still good

A pS3 on a standard def TV is still 40 times better than PS2 graphics.

I have my PS3 hooked to a 24 inch SDTV and all my games,dvd's & blu ray's look great so yeah I would say its ok.
